What is Abby and Win?
Abby and Win was a personal blog written by Sherwin and Abby that ran from 2006 to 2017. Over those years, we published 365 posts covering everything from PC hardware builds and software reviews to sneaker collecting, Filipino culture, family milestones, and the occasional food adventure.
Think of it as a time capsule from the era when people actually wrote blog posts about their tech setups, documented unboxing experiences in detail, and shared their personal lives on their own little corner of the internet.

The tech side of the blog. Sherwin wrote about PC hardware builds, SSD and RAID setups, home servers, Apple products, web development with Laravel and PHP, sneaker collecting (Jordans, Air Pennys, Adidas), and the family's day-to-day life.
Abby — 30 posts
Abby documented her journey as a Filipino pharmacist navigating the U.S. licensing process — from FPGEE exam preparation and TOEFL to NAPLEX and her graduate internship. Her posts became a resource for fellow Filipino pharmacists going through the same process. She also wrote about family life, travel, her Louis Vuitton collection, and the couple's wedding in the Philippines.
Why is it archived?
Life moved on, and so did we. The content is preserved exactly as it was written, typos and all. It's a snapshot of a particular time.
About the comments
